RESERVATIONS and DEPOSIT
Reservations are valid only with a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer (please specify the word "CAUZIONE-CAPARRA CONFIRMATORIA" on the bank payment for administration reasons). Booking is considered as confirmed, only after the receipt of the deposit, within 5 days, and as communicated by ourselves in written form.
In case of cancellation the deposit will be witheld entirely by the accomodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should the booking be cancelled the following charges will apply (see art. 7 CGC):
- the booking fee of 30% is charged after a written booking confirmation;
- from 30 to 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount of the vacation booked is charged;
- from 14 to 30 days prior to arrival 70% of the total amount of the vacation booked is charged;
- from 1 to 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount of vacation booked is charged.
In case of no show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total booking amount.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In order to protect yourself from the cancellation fees in case of a booking cancellation due to illness or other serious reasons the South Tyrolean hotel and restaurant association "HGV" recommends the travel cancellation insurance: Europäische Reiseversicherung →.

SERVICES INCLUDED
Sauna (only in the ATELIER apartment).
Bed linen and towels, flip-flops, hairdryer.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine).
Digital TV – NETFLIX.
Free internet and wifi.
Ski room with boot dryer facility.
Private parking area in the courtyard.
End of vacation cleaning.
Throughout the whole house "Grander" energised water is available.
The Val Gardena "Mobilcard" is provided for guests, it enabling free use of all valley bus services.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
Animals are not allowed.
SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR PAYMENT
Supplement for an additional bed is Euro 30,00 per day.
PAYMENTS
Can be made by cash (1.999,00 Euro) or with the following credit cards: C/C, VISA, EURO/MASTERCARD, CartaSI, Bancomat and Bank Transfer.
Only before the arrival date pre-scheduled and incurred bank transfers are accepted.
The holiday tax, calculated per person and per day, is a payment required of all accommodation providers. All children under the age of 14 are excluded from this tax.
The prices indicated above may be subject to change if there is a marked increase in costs.
